This was the Mayer's House. The Mayer's
were Seaborn and Roxanne's landlord as well as Everett and Gertrude's.
The house is abandoned now.

| This was the site where Seaborn and Roxanne's
house stood. It was torn down many years ago, as evidenced by the
growth of trees and underbrush. I think their farm was right next
to the old Mayers farm.
