Since January 2000, I have been searching for information on my Simmons Ancestry.  Thus far, I have only been able to trace my ancestry back to Ann or Anne Simmons. 

At present, I only know that Anne was the mother of Silas Simmons.  I hope to go to a Simmons Reunion in Baxley Georgia in May 2001.  After the reunion, I hope to have a little more information to post on these pages regarding Anne and her children.

Jan Letoha, a grandaughter of Jettie Simmons Vaughn is also researching the Simmons Ancestry.
